The 'left and right power amp inputs' are the INPUTS to the power amp in the PMP2000 and hence are the best places to connect the mixer if using the PMP2000 as only a power amp. Note doing this will LIKELY disconnect any other input to the PMP2000 from the power amps in it. That is all the preamps in the PMP2000. DO USE TRS cables!!!
And power both units from the same receptacle to avoid ground bounce. Aug 25, 2011. There really ISN'T and 'advanced' manual. Everything you need to know is in the user manual that comes with it. PLEASE read my tip about Behringer PMP mixers on here regarding a hazard if you use Speakon to 1/4 inch cables or adapters. Be VERY careful of speaker leads with this amp as it is easy to pop a channel IF a speaker comes loose or shorts.
Loop cables through the handlesto avoid cables being yanked out or breaking plugs. Feb 09, 2011.
